Questions About Your Order?

For questions about an existing order, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of how we can help. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered.

Because many of our pieces are made especially for you, we currently accept returns for defective or damaged merchandise.

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

Once we receive the information, we'll review the issue and work with you on the appropriate resolution.

A Note About Made-to-Order Products

Many Manatee River Trading Company products are produced especially when an order is placed. This allows us to offer a thoughtfully curated collection without maintaining a large traditional inventory.

Because of this, we encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing information, materials, and care instructions carefully before placing your order.

If you're unsure about something, please ask us before ordering. We're happy to help.

Personalized & Monogrammed Items

For products offering personalization, you’ll be prompted at checkout to provide the information needed to create your personalized item, including your first and last name and then the monogram letters you would like to have printed or embroidered (depending on the item’s description) on the product.

Please carefully review your entries before completing your order. Personalized items are made especially for you and are not eligible for return or exchange due to incorrectly entering personalization information when making the request.

Shipping

Shipping times can vary depending on the product and the fulfillment partner producing your order. Most items ship within 7-10 days and often sooner.

If your order seems delayed or you have questions about its progress, please contact us and we'll be glad to look into it.
