Questions About Your Order?

For questions about an existing order, contact us with your order number and a brief description of how we can help. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. Because many of our pieces are made especially for you, we accept returns for defective or damaged merchandise only.

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

Once we receive your information, we'll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are produced when an order is placed, allowing us to offer a thoughtfully curated collection. Because of this, please take a moment to review product descriptions, sizing, materials, and care instructions before ordering. If you're unsure about anything, ask us first — we're happy to help.

Personalized & Monogrammed Items

For personalized products, you'll be prompted at checkout to provide the details needed (name, monogram letters, etc.). Please take a moment to review your entries before completing your order. Personalized items are made especially for you and are not eligible for return or exchange due to incorrectly entered personalization information.

Shipping

Shipping times vary by product and fulfillment partner. Most items ship within 7–10 days, and often sooner. If your order seems delayed, please contact us and we'll look into it.
